Our specialty at Sintergy is to work with our customers - engineer to engineer - to develop part designs that will serve their needs, through the P/M process, resulting in cost savings and on time, repeatable deliveries.
With continuing improvements, P/M has given us different alloys with which to work, such as iron, steel, copper, bronze, and brass. As a result, the strength of our product has increased. At Sintergy, Inc. we look at parts never before made with P/M technology and prove that it can be done. The results are improvements in performance and cost reductions for customers. By using a variety of powdered metal mixes, we can achieve a wide array of structural characteristics, allowing us to custom-design tooling with Flanges, Keyways, Splines, Gear or Sprocket Teeth, and many others. With multiple presses and a range of capabilities such as tonnage, multi-action, and sizing, we can achieve many different design applications.
